My personal writing process is to make sure that whatever I write about I keep my audience that is reading it interested. I try to make sure that before I write, I gather all information about the topic and brainstorm. I tend to write on multiple pieces of paper and put into my own words to also include my opinion on the subject.
At this point, I would say that school is playing a major influence in my life. I say that because I want to show my children that when you work hard at something, you can accomplish it and achieve your goal. I explain to them everyday that Education and knowledge about things in life is major. I am very tough on my kids when it comes down to school work as well as being a good human being in society. I just hope that by me working toward my goal and graduating from Kaplan shows them that in the end, education does pay off and a degree in what you love or want to do in life is most important.

What would I do if someone used something I created without giving me credit?
Wow what a question to be asked. I have had before work being "stolen" as you would say from me by an old manager where I work. It hurt, because he had no issue about taking the credit right in front of me. I actually gave him a look and cleared my throat at the same time. My old manager in turn, stated "oh yes, sorry it was Shonta who completed and sent out everything to the client." A part of me was glad that he retracted everything, but at the same time I wonder if I did not do what I did if he would have confessed about not being the person who was responsible.

Being a online Student
I love being an online student. I feel as if I can work at my own pace and I do not have to rush from work to sit in a classroom either far from home from my family or for several hours. I have tried to be a classroom student after high school and did not like it as much as I do now. If I had to recommend to someone if they worked full time as I do which way to go, I would tell them to be an online student.
